RecommendedI haves lived here at Lyme Stone apartments for two years and I Love it. If anything breaks down all I have to do is call and it is repaired before I get home from work. I feel very safe here & it’s very quite and peaceful.

We were there for 7 months. At first it was great , then they started letting anyone move in. The constant young oilfield parties . Then right after the tragic shooting in Odessa a tenant down the hall from us thinks it’s funny to play “shoot” a air soft AK type gun. Apartments said they couldn’t do anything about it even though one night he was standing right outside my door with it. Parking was horrible. We finished our lease and moved out right before Halloween. We are still waiting on our deposit refund . They supposedly... read more
RecommendedI’ve lived here over 2 years now and haven’t had any issues! Venice doesn’t offer many options when it comes to apartments let alone pet friendly ones!! Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been great, anytime I’ve needed maintenance they always show up quick or respond quick to schedule an appointment. I have recommended living in here in the past and know a few people who listened and moved in, I will continue to recommend Advenir at Monterrey! Happy Holidays!!
