No communication at all ...maintenance is not good and staff is rude and not honest
Literally one of the worst rental properties!! Never follows up and expects you to live in their mold infected apartments!
This company just purchased our development and raised the prices on rent and made so many changes to the property. You can never get anyone on the phone from the front office or a call back when you leave a message. I have submitted tickets for maintenance that happen to be "completed" on the portal, yet no one came to the home. This will be our last year in the townhouse unfortunately, if we even make it that long.
15000 w airport ,Sugarland, tx if u are reading this post ...Do not move in Staff is rude , unsafe living condition, 1500 to break a lease, 599 fee to change apartment. People vandalize your cars, management says nothing they can do about it. No real security everyone enters the complex weather they live there or not. Do not rent from them.
Management is rude. Cockroaches that they refuse to take care of and refuse to recognize that by law I have grounds to move out without paying a fee. Will not recommend, and will be reporting to Colorado Housing Association, Colorado Renters Association, and Better Business Bureau.
I can tell you exactly what "Advenir Living" is like because I've had the pleasure of living at two differnt locations. I am very picky when it comes to the look of my apartment... I want clean carpet, clean high quality appliances, and a immaculate bathroom... I don't cut corners when it comes to quality and that's why I love living on Advenir properties.
