Unfortunately I’ve been dealing with MUSIC PLAYING neighbors since I moved in. I haven't completed my first year at advenir at frankford living and this has been, without exaggeration, the worse experience I have ever had in any apartment ever. from rude recepcionists. to inefficient management teams that get changed for another different equally inefficient management team. to maintenance that has absolutely no communication with the resident. I’ve lived at their Banyan Lake Complex in Boynton for over a year now, and I can say that there’s still the same shopping carts from the locals shops in the main pond/lake. The dumpster is always overflowing with garbage. At least the garbange that manages to make it to the dumpster, along my walk I’ll find rotting food, discarded yard waste, food wrapper, broken glass. Well you see recently moved into one of their apartments in Denver Colorado and specifically asked if their were any cockroaches after the article claiming 4 Advenir locations in Denver stated Advenir new about the problems with rodents bugs and mold and did nothing. So we asked in order to make sure that this wouldn’t be the case for us. Boy we’re we lied to. They said they had “no idea which is learnt the lie. Oh and how do they scam more money out of you? Well they ask for a 2700 lease cancelation fee.
