They don't answer phones even at the Corporate Office.
Castle Hill in Clermont is horrible, I have complained to corporate office and nothing done.
My boyfriend and I just 3 weeks ago moved to Advenir at The Preserve, Baytown, TX. I have never experienced such an unprofessional office. I was able to be present when my boyfriend signed the lease papers and pick up the keys. These people had the audacity to make him sign a contract/lease! Without even showing him the actual apartment! Then they wouldn’t give him the keys or finalize the lease because he needed to ALREADY, before moving in! Communication needs to improve and customers need to be treated as people not just a number. This company has been the worst I've had to deal with, that we're even considering taking legal measures. I've never felt more violated by a company as I have with this one.
