Terrible choosing managers at their properties! I’ve been having trouble the ac broke a week ago and leaked gas all over the place all the smoke detectors were on ! The day after maintenance guy came to “fix it” and they didn’t every night is the same thing spoke to advenir at banyan lake manager several times and she told me they can’t change the unit “even though it is super dangerous for us in the apartment “ so i would not recommend to anyone! Save your money and life from biiiiig stresses! Just go somewhere else
Run! What ever you do, do not live at a complex managed by Advenir. They switched systems and because they can't get their stuff together in a timely manner, you receive emails in the late night hours saying what your rent costs are AFTER rent has already been paid ON TIME. Received an email the following day (02/02) with additional charges for utilities that were not posted when rent was paid on the first. I'm all for paying my utilities, but I don't find it okay I'm being charged the day after the first. Y'all have no prob... read more
By training their staff on how to treat people like actual people, instead of like numbers or inconveniences.
The location I am trapped in is not even listed on this page, I have been here 1 year and had hoped that the leaking from the A/C in the ceiling issue was fixed. this issue has been causing leaks, mold and mildew and I have been to the doctor three times and have been given antibiotics. Not to mention the huge roach problem. But the rent keeps going up, monies are being spent to renovate the leasing office and recreation center. I have been just over a year and I have had an issue with the plumbing THREE TIMES. each time my carpet gets flooded and they refuse to fix the problem. It is unsanitary and disgusting. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE
