I switched to Advanced Heat and Air after a bad experience with another popular AC vendor. Clark was assigned and the quality and level of service was far above the other. Each year, Advanced provides maintenance on my units and Clark is my go to professional for the job. He is thorough, clean and professional but courteous and friendly. Also when you call the office, the staff are very nice and accommodating. If I could give more stars I would!

Toilet leak was found and repaired quickly. The facet leek had to have parts ordered so that situation wonât be corrected until Monday morning. Funny thing but the day after the toilet repair it overflowed the next morning. Thank goodness for plungers. Problem fixed by myself.
