The technician stayed till the problem was resolved. A.C. is working well once again.

Had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out to âfixâ m AC unit. Said he thought fixed it but the breaker was bad and he wasnât for sure. Had the breaker fixed that day..still didnât work. Called them and had to wait another 2 weeks for them to come out again. They sent the same guy,who still couldnât fix it, and admitted he wasnât familiar with my type of unit. Why and someone to fix a unit if they arenât familiar with it?!
Took a couple of weeks, but got it fixed. Works well now.

Excellent service and products! And they work well with the First American warranty company which is important because warranty companies can be challenging for customers and vendors/partners. A big thank you to Michele, the intake coordinator who answered our many questions and went the extra mile to research those she couldnât answer.
I had issues with my hot water heater not heating. Advanced Heat & Air was dispatched to diagnose the problem. They arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem(bad gas valve). The part had to be ordered and arrived a few days later. The technian(Michael) arrived on time and quickly replaced the gas valve faster than we had been told it would take. Michael cleaned up all debris and left the area around the water heater cleaner than it had been. I would recommend Advanced Heat & Air for all of your plumbing needs.
