Had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out to “fix” m AC unit. Said he thought fixed it but the breaker was bad and he wasn’t for sure. Had the breaker fixed that day..still didn’t work. Called them and had to wait another 2 weeks for them to come out again. They sent the same guy,who still couldn’t fix it, and admitted he wasn’t familiar with my type of unit. Why and someone to fix a unit if they aren’t familiar with it?!

Excellent service and products! And they work well with the First American warranty company which is important because warranty companies can be challenging for customers and vendors/partners. A big thank you to Michele, the intake coordinator who answered our many questions and went the extra mile to research those she couldn’t answer.

I had issues with my hot water heater not heating. Advanced Heat & Air was dispatched to diagnose the problem. They arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem(bad gas valve). The part had to be ordered and arrived a few days later. The technian(Michael) arrived on time and quickly replaced the gas valve faster than we had been told it would take. Michael cleaned up all debris and left the area around the water heater cleaner than it had been. I would recommend Advanced Heat & Air for all of your plumbing needs.
