One guy was 30 minutes early, then they had to wait over an hour to get started. They cleaned up well, which I appreciate.

Our home warranty picked this company as the service contractor for our needed ac/heating repair. When the tech diagnosed the issue as a motor that was nonfunctional and he also told us to contact the office for a repair timeline. I called, spoke to a woman in the office who told me the the motor was “six weeks out” and they would try to get the home warranty to approve a furnace, which the warranty company approved.
