He ascertained the issue with my air conditioner quickly and correctly, fixed it in no time, and advised me what to do if the problem should recur. The price was reasonable. Kevin advised me of estimated costs before he started work and came in lower than the estimate. I recommend this company to anyone needing heating, air conditioning, or plumbing expertise.
I had an issue with My Ac it stopped working and had to call my warranty company, They called to set up an appointment for 5 days out. The tech came out he told me he had to rewire it. Well, it started working I was happy. so I thought everything was fine. It was running about 75 to 80 in my house all that month. It was pretty hot month so I thought it was normal. Unfortunately due to the nature of aging HVAC equipment multiple failures can arise. On 5/20/19 we replaced a blown transformer and all checked out well. This is a very common part to fail and has nothing to do with the heater circuit. The next call we had was some 2 months later on 7/16/19 which our lead technician found a shorted heat sequencer which was replaced. Tech was very courteous and explained what he was going to do. I had a bad experience last year and when I told him about it, he made me feel comfortable about the process used by his company. I'll use them again for other services as well.
Excellent Service would use them again highly recommend.
The tech called me when he realized he was not going to have time to do the complete installation the day I was scheduled, to set up a time the next day and finished very promptly the next morning.
Great service and we have air-conditioning again very thankful !
Tech arrived on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.
