I purchased a new Lennox AC unit 3/31/21. The unit was used little. On February 26, 2023 ac did not cool when on. I called Advanced Air, service man came then he was going to order part. Two weeks later still no air, I called Advanced Air again, person said it had been fixed, she lied. She scheduled for another person...he came said nothing had been fixed.
