M.E. Flow sent Ulises **** to repair a sink link. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem efficiently and competently. He was also very friendly. Top notch. Four stars instead of five because the cost seems higher than we would expect. But it's probably a fair price in today's world I telephoned a competitor at the same time. Ulises was dispatched, completed his work, cleaned up nicely and left. I'm still waiting for a call to set up an appointment from the competitor.

Allen’s air conditioning advertises 24 hour emergency call including weekends, but don’t count on receiving a telephone call back from their on call coverage. We placed a call at 8:00 am to report air conditioning not working in my 86 year old Family members home , leaving all information with dispatcher including address and telephone number and by 4:00 pm we had not received any phone call.
