Both technicians arrived on time and communication with ME Flow was excellent! They sent me a text message with the name and a picture of the lead technician and even had a way for me to track him to see exactly where he was when coming to my home. The two techs both exhibited great care when moving equipment in and out of my house. They used drop clothes and a dolly with rubber, shock-absorbing wheels that helped with moving my heavy, 75-gal Bradford-White water heater up and down stairs to my basement. The M. E. Flow technicians are always very professional, courteous, and very prompt.

Santos arrived on time and was courteous and thorough in his inspection of our AC. He answered all my questions and recommended only what was needed, i.e., he did not over sell me. I was very pleased with my experience and have signed up for the annual service.
