Excellent work from Sean **** - went above and beyond to fix our blocked drain.
I purchased a air conditioner unit from this company back in November paid $3,000 for it well winter came I had no heat now Summer's here heat index at 112 my house is 94°. Overall service was excellent. 3 stars due to recommended add-ons to tge service, considered excessive/and or not necessary. 1. Wanted to add a surge protected to the inside unit (120 volt,) for $350. The unit was installed my MEFlow and it would appear if this was necessary, it would have been done as part of the installation. The unit had been through several service calks by ME Flow and this was not identified as a problem. 2. Purchased Lennox mini split AC installed 6/6/2022 by ******** ***. Unit was not installed properly and has electronics failure. Unit has not worked for 7 months since installation. Complaint filed with ****** ******** *******3/21/23. ****** ***************have requested service records from Advanced Air which they have not responded. After one year with seven months without AC, ******** ***has failed us. Customer Satisfaction is ZERO
