Our hot water heater went, and we called around to 6 different plumbers and Advanced Air was the only one who could come out the same day. The salesman came out and looked at the job and said we could go with a tankless unit for $4400 or a 50-gallon tank unit for $2800.00 I chose to go with the 50 Gallon tank unit. However, the next day when the service man arrived, he said we couldn't go with the 50-gallon tank unit because there was an issue with the vent.
