I would not give them even 1 star - they are absolutely AWFUL!! They gave us a $1,500 price & supposedly ordered &then called next day we had to call them after not receiving a call back only to find out it was now going to be $15000…and a whole new furnace..They are a Rip Off! We found someone to fix it for less than their 1st estimate !
