I've had ME Flow for 13yrs and they replaced my furnace in 2015. I'm on the scheduled maintenance plan which was done today. Tech showed me igniter and recommended replacement. Charged $310 for part that I found costs less than $30 on Amazon. I could accept 100% mark up, $60, plus $104 service charge (even though he already had it removed to check it) which would have cost ~$165. But feeling a little ripped off as a long time customer being charged $310. Time to start looking for a new HVAC maintainer.
