If zero stars were available that's what this company would receive reps lie about your warrantee customer service is a joke I had panels ruined from a hail storm that I was told from the beginning would be covered because I live in ******** and that was a big concern obviously that was a lie customer service refused to give me to her manager even refused to give me there name so I could call back and speak directly to them stay clear of this company at all cost unless you like being screwed over they will not assist you on ... read more

Took them 15 months from signed contract to activation of my solar system. Because of delays on their side I owe over $10,000 to the lender that ADT told me wouldn't come out of my pocket but now appears is going to. 7 Months ago they damaged my landscaping and electrical wiring which they have yet to fix. Can't get them to call me back or fix anything. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU AND DO NOT USE THEM TO GET YOUR SOLAR.

This company has repeatedly called and called and called - even though we SPAM their many telephone numbers. While I realize their calls are computer generated, there must be a way for them to realize that we DO NOT WANT to hear from them. We have NEVER contacted them. And, for what it is worth - ADT Solar is the very last company I would ever contact if this is the way they conduct their business! And, after reading some of the reviews we think ADT Solar is not a reputable company.STOP CALLING US!!!!

Somewhere I came across a favorable review of ADT Solar. We contacted them seeking a bid on a system for our home in Cameron Park, CA. We made an confirmed appointment for them at 0800 this very Saturday morning. It’s 0845 and they’re a NO SHOW with no phone call. No call means they’ve already lost our consideration. During this 45 minutes waiting, I checked ADT reviews. My gosh, I’ve never seen so many complaints and bad reviews on BBB site. Thanks ADT for Not showing up. This company preys on the disadvantaged and elderly. My Dad, who was terminally ill, was talked into signing a 38k agreement to add panels to his house. The company installed the panels and had electricity reran while my Dad was in ICU and unfortunately never came home. No payments have been sent since my Dad passed before they were working for him to even enjoy the savings they promised. NOT RECOMMENDED. Used to be very good when it was Sunpro Solar but since it was acquired by ADT it is a complete disaster. **************** is non existent. I signed a contract to add a battery in September 2022 and there have been multiple delays and missed scheduled dates. It is now April and still getting excuses and scheduled appointments missed. ADT solar personnel is different every time I speak to them. I had solar panels installed on Jan 3 and to this day I am still waiting on gettng my system turned on. The sales person is no where to be found and I have spoke to at least 4 customer advocates. ADT keeps changing customer advocates so I have to be in contact with someone new. I can never get t straight answer from them and I have already made two payments for the solar and I cannot reap the benefits from the solar panels. Sales Team talked a great game.... Ended there!! Stay away at all costs from ADT. They do not support the installation team and when you finally get a traveling crew come from out of state months later to through just the soalr panels on your roof so they can get paid. you will not hear from them again for months. they get paid , you have to start paying and they dont care at all..BIG PONZI SCHEME THEY ARE!!

worst customer service I've dealt with, waiting for almost 6 months and when scheduled the installation no one came nor call, even when I called , left voicemails, sent emails to account manager, sales man ,etc.
