ADT failed to meet my expectations. The installation took an excessive four months and the trenching in my backyard was of poor quality. The promised installation of correct light bulbs and an air-sealed test did not occur. Despite contacting supervisor ***********************, he made promises to provide answers but failed to follow through.

Ive been trying to get to talk with someone in customer service with no help. Since ADT took over is impossible to talk with anyone to get help. Half of the panels are not working. I finally sent Letters if Intent to *** but ******* office was not found by the post office so I got the letters returned. I also sent two letters to the Headquarters but looks like that place perhaps doesnt exist either. I dont know where else to send the letters Of Intent. I will have to hire a lawyer to do the search. I had a great experience with ADT. ********* was very thorough and she made sure everything ran smoothly with my instillation. The system is covering all of my electric costs!

A representative, *****, came to our house with a very thorough and professional presentation. ***** was very informative and answered every question about the solar panel service. This guy represented the company and is what I would consider a very beneficial asset for ADT

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Everything was beautiful in the beginning, there were a lot of promises.What I can say is: that it worked until the moment that they installed the panels.After the installation, no one called to give an update.My installation was on 7/11/23, the city inspection and approval was on 7/14/23.Since then I've been waiting for "the lead electrician" to sign the project.Two months later I'm still waiting for that signature.When they finish the installation, the loan is started and they will rece... read more

I ordered my ADT Solar last November 2022. Was to be installed in January 2023. They had a million excuses for why it took till August 3, 2023 to install completion. I was told on the 22 August that they were and requested OUC new meter be installed. Today is September 18th. Today they told me the request for OUC went out on the 14 th September. This company is terrible. Someone needs to hold them accountable. Sunpro was whom we originally went with and the install was 6 months late. Then when finally installed ADT had taken over. My bills from ************* are triple what they were plus I am paying off the solar! Both ************* and Enphase (panel maker) have looked at detail and stated ADT needs to be out there looking at what is wrong. They refuse to until I send them 6 months of bills. These people wont stop calling me no matter how many different numbers I block of theirs. I answer and tell them I live in an apartment with no chance of buying Solar and they keep calling 7-8 times a day. Its harassment at this point. Even when I do buy a home I will never use their service and seek out a different Solar company specifically to never give ADT Solar my money.

Adt solor is a poorly run company. They took a year to get to the point of installing it on my roof. It was installed In ************* company could not hook up, and application timed out, because they installed it wrong. They told me the would resubmit, did not I checked no resubmition. Electric company and I told them to resubmit again after another week they did not. I will have to get an attorney at this point.
