Very satisfied and strongly recommend Academy Overhead Door. I had an emergency; my garage door was stuck shut and I could not get my car out. They responded immediately and had my problems (multiple) fixed very fast. James and Josh were friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
I needed fast service on my garage door. Initially they were not going to be there until 4-6 PM. They called and had adjusted their schedule and were able to get there by 3PM. Very efficient, friendly and thorough. I will use them again as needed.

Very rude and unprofessional. These gentleman show up and hassle my wife about driving so far for our appointment with them that they have to charge her a $49 service call fee even though our garage door issue was resolved. They didn't even look at the garage, just stood at the front door demanding money for driving out. I think they are used to working for people with money who will pay them to go away. James and son showed up on time to look at my garage door. They were able to repair my door w/o panel replacement which was a much cheaper alternative. They were very quick and picked up after themselves. The cost was average. I will call them again if I need additional garage door repair.
