Cassia, Josh and Kendall were all so courteous, professional and efficient. Josh and Kendall did a first-class job installing our new two-car garage door and one single car garage door. Because our old doors were so old, some modifications had to be made for a good fit and they knew exactly what to do, going the extra mile to hide electrical lines behind the ceiling drywall. The doors are stunning and installation even better!

A spring broke on our garage door. I looked up Academy Garage Door on the web and called. The service was prompt and expeditious. Josh the tech who came out, was very professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out things to be made aware of. The door is working great and I will definitely use and recommend them in the future!

One of the springs on our double door broke and both vehicles were inside when it happened on a Sat night. I called Academy on Sunday and left a voice mail asking for their service within the next couple of days. Kelsey called me at 8:02 Mon morning, and we set up an appointment for the 12:00 to 2:00 window. Josh called at 1:30 and arrived 15 minutes later. Josh ****** and his sidekick helped me deal with reprogramming my garage door opener along with the remotes and PIN pad. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Of course the price was high, but they pulled my *** out of the fire in taking care of this difficult task. Kudos to them!
