Both customer service and technician (Josh) were very courteous and professional. I had to call around 7:30 p.m. when my garage door broke and I was surprised someone answered the phone. I was put at ease immediately and stopped stressing about not being able to open my garage door. Josh made recommendations on how to get my garage door performing better and gave me prices before doing the work. I felt the prices were fair. Josh * and his assistant Kendall were on time, polite and professional!
