Josh came to do a routine garage door and operator tune-up. He arrived when expected, was professional and efficient in carrying out the adjustments/service and was careful to point out a couple of signs of wear that will need to be addressed in due time but all operations still working well, just gave a heads-up which was much appreciated. Believe we'll stick with Academy for future overhead door needs.

Broke a spring, and sensor eye wasnt receiving. Josh came next day, replaced both springs and found loose wire in sensor. We were up and running again in no time. Wouldnt use anyone else now.

I opened my garage door Thursday morning and one of the springs was broken. My wife uses that side of the garage for her car, so I needed to get it fixed and I didn't have time. I called the company who installed my two openers and they couldn't be there until Monday, or for an emergency some time after 5. One spring and the cables broke on one of our three garage doors. We were able to make an appointment for a quote and repair that met our scheduling needs. Josh showed up within the appointment window as promised. I liked receiving the email prior to that to know who to expect!
