The person sent to evaluate our garage door problem was honest about the problems and costs. We were offered an option to not include some repairs. The person did not attempt to sell us upgrades or new equipment which wasn't needed.

My technician Shawn was so nice and courteous. He explained to me what all was involved in fixing my garage door. He was quick and clean and smiled the whole time. I was very impressed with him and would call on him again in the future.

Let me tell you you how the James********treated me. 2015 they put in a garage door spring for me. 15 months later the thing basically exploded. I pulled the original receipt, called them up and their technician Shawn came out to look at all the damage. he said, "hmm, this spring wasn't installed correctly.
