I put in a service call to Academy Overhead Door and they gave me same day service. The $30 service call fee was more than reasonable and the tech, Joshua, had new springs right on the truck. He even adjusted and lubed the tracks. I will be calling them in the future.

I will definitely call Academy Overhead Door the next time I need help with my garage doors. They scheduled a service call almost immediately. Josh arrived quickly and soon diagnosed an unusual problem with my door. He had all the tools & parts needed and fixed it on the spot without needing to do anything expensive. A very good deal.

I have a 20 year old home with a 3 stall garage, 1 double door, 1 single. I needed both doors maintenanced, the double door was struggling to open and both were loud and in need of a tune. Josh was the guy, he called 45 minutes prior to arrival so I knew exactly when he was arriving. In less than an hour he had replaced rollers on one door, tuned up both doors, tightenned things, greased up parts that needed it and installed surge protectors on both doors. My garage spring snapped at 4pm. Josh and Kendall responded by 6pm same day with no additional late night/same day service charges. They professionally eval'd situation and provided a estimate. I chose to have tension springs replaced and also requested replacement of center bearings and rollers. This work plus their adjustment and lube was completed in one hour. It was refreshing to find two young men with great attitudes and customer service. Highly recommend!
