Company came right out on time. They are the first company to fix the simple problem and not just try and sell me a new door. The workman was very nice and polite. Very happy. If I ever need a new door I will call them as they are honest.

Unfortunately, I have to report a bad customer service experience with Academy Overhead Doors. To make a long story short, Academy Overhead Doors was called to repair a magnetic limit switch. I thought the price was very high so I called the company for an adjustment. They refused. I found a coupon on their website that reads, "Save $35 Off Service, Good for $35 off any service performed." I immediately called and asked James, the owner, to credit my bill $35. The techician (james or Shawn ??) was the greatest. He determined the problem and while it was late in the day and he did not have the part needed he did return to the shop, aquire the part and return later that day/evening and completed the work .He did alos get one care out of the garage until he could return. because of the approache and dedication of this techician i very much would recommend this company.
