Abt is our go-to place for electronics and appliances. They can almost always give you a better price than any large store like Best Buy, and because they are a small business they have strong and trustworthy customer service. This place is such a boon to the Chicagoland area. Also, it's one of the most fun stores to visit. Try it and you'll see!

I bought a new microwave to replace one I bought from Abt over ten years ago. Everything about the delivery was exceptional. Technician was a gentleman who couldn’t be any nicer. His speed of service, knowledge and installation was excellent. I’ve bought most of my appliances from Abt and have gotten exceptional service. Any problems I’ve experienced with delivery, product etc. they make it right with little hassle.

I had a new washer dryer installed yesterday. I could not believe the wonderful service I received. Th technicians were professional and very courteous. I could not believe how happy I am. I would recommend ABT to everyone.
Purchased a refrigerator less than three weeks ago. At installation of the water line my floor was drilled through without looking to see where the drilling was occurring and an electrical line was hit. I was out of dryer for one week. Then about a week later the refrigerator completely broke - we now need a new compressor. The luckiest thing that happened to me with online shopping in my entire life was discovering Abt.
