Great product on time free shipping
Very helpful and professional team members. They helped ensure the installation could be completed at the highest quality and gave direction to ensure I could properly prepare the installation area and even worked with me as I very quickly installed a sub-floor.
I had tried to order the AC unit from two other stories (Wayfair and Geodeckers) both claimed they had it stock strung me along for a week and then told me it would be month. So I called ABT, spoke with John, who assured me they really had the unit physically there and ready to ship. So placed an order, they confirmed and told me 7-14 days for delivery.
