The delivery was flawless. I received a text the morning of my delivery with my time frame for delivery and then I received a call from James when they were about 30 minutes away. They arrived well within the time frame. A moving blanket was placed on the stove for cleanliness prior to removing our old microwave, and the installation of our new microwave went smoothly. Both guys were very friendly and efficient. The removal/delivery/installation could not have gone better. It was a great experience. Thank you so much!
Recommend ABT? Oh my goodness ... YES! Personalized sales AND service. Consistently exceeds our expectations. No advantage whatsoever to buy from a big national chain when the best (and largest) family-owned independent electronics retailer is right here in Chicagoland. My vacuum was delivered a few minutes after the delivery time window began, so I didn't have to wait for hours. I like the text with a link to track the truck's progress. That's very helpful. I was able to meet the driver in the lobby of my building. The delivery man offered to help me get it upstairs to my apartment which was appreciated, but not necessary. Same day delivery on a Saturday is impressive.
Our fridge water filter ran out during the Coronavirus shutdown. Home Depot was out of them, so my spouse ordered from Amazon, who cancelled the order inexplicably. I ordered from Abt, better price than Amazon and it was here 2 days later - with NO CHARGE FOR SHIPPING. I will be buying my filters from Abt even after everything reopens!
