Install crew was on time, expedient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Social distancing was handled very well. Communication on operating both units was pointedly clear. Amazing install time of around 45 minutes for both units. Great job!
Their price on the microwave beat Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy. That is so impressive for a family business. The delivery men were on time on the dot. The delivery was to be between 1:30 and 4:30, and they were here at 1:30. The guy who assembled it was smart at his job, quick, and efficient. They cleaned up everything and it’s as if they were never even here. They were friendly and professional. This was my first purchase from ABT. I WILL BUY AGAIN! :)
Just what I needed and fast delivery, too.
I purchased stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher which I have had for 10 years. Absolutely, great product and I have not had any problems with them. However, my microwave was not a great choice! I should have returned it, but it was installed in the wall.
We are getting everything from here from now on. Next on the list is the stove.

Fast, clean, they wore personal protective equipment, and they did a good job. It was a perfect service call.
Delivery was great. Driver called to say when he would be arriving. 2 team delivery. Both gentlemen wore booties, face masks & gloves. Had floor & counter covering. Removal of old microhood & installation of new hood was about 30 minutes. Abt is a great company to do business with.
