My husband and I went to Abt to purchase a new washer & dryer and fridge. We picked Abt because of the great reputation they have. We ran into nothing but headaches through the entire process. While they tried to fix things along the way, they have left such a "bad taste in my mouth"! I am so disappointed by my experience and will take my business elsewhere to replace other appliances.
Okay, so the virus is affecting everything. I ordered a refrigerator Monday with delivery today. All the stores had the same ones so selection was the same. We had the worst delivery ever. Now this wasn't low end or high end and no real issues for delivery. They hit my hallway walls and scraped them , went on to hit door jams and doors. There was plenty of room for moving the fridge. So the new one is brought up. A dent was on one side, and the other side was totally scraped up with paint (my wall presuming). I am not sure w... read more

Love ABT! Always our “go to” for appliances and electronics. But when we moved to Rockford, thought we were too far out for delivery. But no! Purchased an elliptical for a great price, with a great protection plan, AND you not only delivered it, but your crew did an excellent job of setting it up In our basement! Great experience start to finish! Can’t thank you enough!!!

Once again, the ABT experience was all positive. Arrived on time, dressed in full Covid battle gear. Pulled the old units, installed the new, cleaned up and had me agree to the ticket from over 10 feet. I've never been disappointed with ABT. Thanks, John Howell PS: Can you spare one of those masks?

I just want to give Kudos to Freddy & Andrew. Yesterday they installed our new kitchen. The installation went smooth! They were both so professional, courteous and neat.
