I ordered a chest freezer after seeing it was in stock and then calling to confirm. I was guaranteed that I had been allotted one and scheduled delivery for the first day it was available. I got a phone call less than 24 hrs before my delivery that the chest freezer was no longer available because they sold it to someone else because my delivery was 12 days out instead of 7 days and now it was back ordered. I ordered a watch from Abt ( on line ) that I had been looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else. I called and talked to a sales associate to make sure it was the one.
