Just deleted my previous review for ABT's HVAC services. Yeah, the appointment guy got us a new HVAC system quickly, however you'd expect that a $6K purchase would not require two additional service calls in the first week. The installer guys left wires exposed so we had to call them back out to make it safer. Then we tried the furnace a few days later, and when it wouldn't turn on I had to fight the HVAC scheduler chick to get someone out quickly. My stepfather passed away and left me his MartinLogan speakers. I’d been saving my pennies for two years to buy a McIntosh amp to pair them with because I’ve always loved how MLs sound with Mc amps. I am having an issue with the stove that was delivered 2 weeks ago and my sales rep Robert Holland will not call me back. I have left numerous messages in his direct line and even e mailed him and still no phone call. I bought $7600 worth of appliances! They took my money and ran!😩
