RecommendedBuying experience was smooth, we didn't even visit the showroom, we bought based on internet research. So far, we only got one of the appliances delivered. The delivery was very smooth. My door way was just about enough. But to ensure nothing was damaged they removed one of our doors and putting it back afterwards. I think that is great. Hope rest of the appliances delivered the same way and after service is as good as well.👍
We have shopped in the store and have always received excellent service. No pressure; great advice; very knowledgeable. Recently we ordered from they website for the first time and found the website easy to navigate and prices were very competitive. We got expert and honest advice about which TV and sound bar would best fit our needs. The salespeople (Angela and Tim) were great! Delivery was professional, friendly, and helpful. Everything was set up perfectly and explained to us.
We haven't gone wrong with a single purchase from Abt from kitchen to laundry to an outdoor grill. Every time, the experience is top-notch.
