Our fridge was not working they gave us a loner but they wouldn’t give it to us unless we gave them a 329.68 dollar check. They said we would get reimbursed after we return the fridge. 1 month later the check was mailed to us and my husband went to go deposit the check and the bank said the check was not valid. Now I’m getting the run around by them . So imagine if it was the other way around. If I don’t get clarity I’m calling the better business on them . Unacceptable

I was a little hesitant purchasing a dishwasher through the internet. ABT was almost too good to be true. The online chat was excellent and Megan answered all of my questions - when I asked, other chat people would hand me over to Megan so I could have consistency within my conversations. Had the absolute WORST experience with Abt Electronics . I will never ever shop there again. After ordering three large ticket appliance items 4 weeks ago, I was guaranteed product delivery in 14 days originally. 14 days come and go- no appliances were received. I call in, customer service tried to clean it up, they then set up a different delivery time and date.
