Installers Eric and Chris were excellent. They were careful about distancing and face masks. The installation went with almost no problems. The wrong mount was sent for my sound bar because I switched sound bar originally ordered. It will be taken care of soon, I’m sure. As always, I couldn’t be happier with my entire Abt experience.
As a former customer, I returned to purchase appliances for a new house. The whole process has been a nightmare from extremely overdue arrivals, lack of delivery from the shipping company, and over a month of requesting one item be returned with no success, despite the CS rep saying it would happen. We literally had to drive to the local warehouse, find our refrigerator (they lost it), and load it into a truck so we could finally have cold food again after weeks of being told it would arrive shortly. Went today for new stove and dishwasher. Temp check at door, nice! Our sales person Bill Herriot was awesome, very knowledgable and professional. Found us exactely what we were looking for and quickly. Great prices too. No wonder you were used for every unit (60) un our condo building! Excellent job by all! Thank you Abt.
