As always your staff is professional and friendly. They called before coming, delivered and installed the dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer in a short time and cleaned up after themselves. I always come back to you for my needs and tell my friends and relatives about you

ABT really dropped the ball. We had ordered a freezer and was told the product was in stock. Two weeks pass and the original delivery timeline passed so I called. Found out it was back ordered due to COVID and would be a month late. (Even though we ordered before shutdowns and they said product was there????) Fast forward a month - no call, no update, and no freezer. I called again and they pushed the date again. I informed them that I understood, but was upset that nobody had contacted us.
