I have ordered five appliances from Abt in the past two years at two different homes, one in Illinois, the other in Northwest Indiana. The sales floor is very busy but there is a temperature check at the door. The sales and delivery experience were nearly perfect. The first crew to deliver my microwave was unable to alter the wiring and wall support, so a second crew had to follow up. Please specify if the installation is a first time rather than a replacement.

Always go Abt and you can't go wrong. Abt is the "Nordstrom" of Electronics when it comes to customer service. They'll work with you and provide a white glove experienve that nobody else can match. We made the mistake of going with a competitor last week and sure enough, it didn't go well. We learned our lesson and called Abt, who stepped in and saved the day. Night and day experience - and as a previous Abt customer, we should have known better! We're loyal for life, thank you Abt!
