It started with the excellent service in the store with the service team who was super knowable about the products and worked so patiently with me as I made decisions. And it ended with a great team of delivery guys. They call ahead of time to let me know they were close, the took all the necessary precautions to make sure not to damage anything as they moved the old appliances out, they were friendly and great at explaining things they were doing. The FIRST time I had a bad in store experience, but decided to order on line to give them one more chance which was also a MISTAKE!! My item cam completely damaged! I will never do business with them again! And calling as soon as they open! Take your money somewhere else!!

shopped all over and ended up at abt anyway....only place that could deliver a new fridge before thanksgiving, and i ordered it beginning of october! might save a couple bucks at home depot or lowes but you wont get the service you do at abt!
