The order was shipped out quickly with no delay. The freight company did call to reschedule delivery for a few days later, which was fine. The online tracking was always updated and current. After receiving a recommendation to contact this company because I have a dishwasher that needs fixing, the representative informed me that they will only service appliances that they sold. I didn’t even know that this company existed when I bought my dishwasher and if I needed to replace this dishwasher (it’s only 2 years old), then I would have purchased it through this company. I've been an Abt customer since the 1980's. I had a new dishwasher installed and everything from purchase, delivery and installation was handled as you would expect for Abt.....excellent!!

Had a washer and gas dryer installed. 5 days after installation we noticed a smell in the room. Turns out there was a gas leak. We called the gas company and their person who came out stated that the installation was poor, that they used the wrong connectors. Very poor and potentially dangerous job. When I called ABT about this, no one was able to come out immediately to fix it and now am left with a non working dryer for days
