I purchased a new Sonos system online and had it shipped direct to my home. One part of the system did not get shipped because of a shipping issue. I notified ABT of this and they went above a beyond to get it resolved and shipped right away. They also followed up to make sure it was received and everything working. ABT has impressed me with not only their pricing, but some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I will be a long-term customer.

We have been purchasing appliances from ABT for many years now. Their service, delivery and installation is always a great experience. Their personnel are very well trained and in our experiences they have always been very friendly. When we have needed warranty or regular service it has always been very prompt and taken care of in usually one visit. One thing we really like is when you purchase from ABT you also get your service from them. Great company with great products and personnel.

We replaced both our furnaces.the service ,expertise and price could not be matched.The delivery was on to.e,the old furnaces replaced in one day and the crew left a perfectly ceann,basement without a trace of dirt or dust. .thankyou.

Top notch service from the beginning & end first with Scot Hurwitz when we called on a Saturday morning feeling frustrated after waiting since September for LG washer and dryer that was much needed from Home Depot :( We took a whim friends recommended Abt , so Scot Answered phone answered all questions then stated could have same LG delivered in 2 weeks!!
