ABT Never disappoints and has superior customer service!! Although we don’t live close, it is worth the drive to get the items we need and the customer service that far exceeds our expectations.

I have had a television, oven hood and the latest was our dishwasher. You can call customer service and order over the phone. When they deliver they even have an app that shows on your phone which shows an exact location of their truck. Delivery people wear masks and are quite respectful of your home. Have them install your product. It is worth the hassle. Don't find this kind of service very often anymore. Thanks ABT
My Artisan 5 Qt mixer arrived right on time. I couldn't wait to take it out of the box, and it exceeded my expectations. The Cobalt Blue was absolutely gorgeous. It looks great in my kitchen. I used it the next day to make blueberry muffins. It makes baking so much easier. I had always wanted one and now that I'm older could afford one. It works like a charm, it beats using a hand mixer. Purchased from ABT through Amazon and had a defective product..$2000 tv and still waiting one week 3 for a refund. Pilot freight STILL has the thing in their possession and ABT still telling me to wait ANOTHER WEEK!! So as I'm sure doing NOTHING to get it to them..just sitting on their lazy A**ES..will now be taking it to the credit card company for the refund instead since they quite honestly are not honoring the refund policy too hard.

Our old refrigerator was removed and the new one speedily delivered as scheduled. Abt was the only place we could find a new refrigerator the right size and color in stock. We still had to wait two weeks for delivery in our area of Michigan, but others places could only say we might get a new refrigerator sometime in 2021. I was amazed to be able to follow the process of the delivery truck online as they came to our house.
