Great service from calling the store, to working with a sales associate in person to delivery and setup. Sales associate was patient and professional with my 12 year old and myself. Delivery was on time and professional. Definitely buying my next mattress again at ABT.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased a set of Bose speakers that they supposedly shipped via UPS. I never received them, started a claim process waited 14 days, I inquired and was told I have to wait another six days. Total time has been over 30 days sense my purchase and no speakers. Thankfully my credit card CO will refuse the charge. Use caution if you deal with them
