Absolute came to the house quickly and finished the job to my satisfaction.
There was a one day delay in getting them to my property to do the job, but when they came, they did a good job.
I can't complain about this company at all. I received their call at about 8:30am on 1/1/17, responding to my call to replace a valve for my furnace. The representative said that they would arrive between 9:00am and 9:30am, they arrived at 9:13am. The plumber looked at the problem and the note left by PSE&G, gave me a reasonable estimate. The work was done within 20mins. The plumber was kind and focused. He took the time to reassure me of the work and the price. Lastly, the work came with a one year guarantee.
expensive for short amount of time
I called a-absolute to to hire a plumber to perform outside valves installation, replace the leaky bathroom valve and clear clogged toilet. The plumber showed up with two very cheap valves, which I could not accept, they would fail within one year. So I had to go and buy different valves. Then he had to unclog the bathroom. After he finished, I checked and noticed that it still didn't work right, but was assured by the plumber that it is normal and will improve shortly. It did not. Our furnace was not working. We had no heat. We called A-Absolute. They were very responsive. However that was the end of the responsiveness. We called them at 9:00 am and they promised to have the tech by noon. BTW, they have a one hour guarantee. The tech did not show up all day and we ended up in the hotel for the night. The next morning, a tech shows and cannot fix the issue. Around noon, another tech comes and does something to fix the furnace. Whatever the tech did made it worse. They didn't show when they said they were going to. They apparently overcharge. High prices for the type of work that they do.
