The pump was not installed properly and was keeping running steam hot. In addition, the pump foundation tiled and pipe was loosely connected. When the pump kicks on, there was a jerk and the pipe disconnected. The sump pump repair job was very poor.
very clean workmanship, On time Completed in one day Note: revised Coments This work was done without a Permits in place recieved permits 6 weeks later. Furnance not lined up with Ducts under neath causeing it to be very loud noice as it forces air thru narrow space in ducts. Also contracted for a 80000 BTU installed A 70000 BTU Unit without my knowledge or price Adjustment.
Will definitely recommend them to anyone else who wants to use their service.
Very difficult to get them to answer service calls on newly installed c/a and heating system. Really pisses me off
My experience with Absolute was mixed. They were the only company that was able to come out on a saturday and take a look at my air conditioning system which seemed to be having issues. The initial tech decided we needed a new outside condenser and what the cost would be. The installation date was set for Monday first thing in the morning between 8-10. Negotiate properly for simple capacitor Steve charged 475$ and pound of freon at 100$ per lb. Overall I am not happy with price . Amount of freon loaded less than what showed in bill. Be aware of the need or take second opinion
AA Absolute was prompt with their response. Although it turned out I needed an Electrician, they were able to confirm that my A/C System was not a problem and performed some preventative maintenance while there.
My experience with AAbsolute was awesome, the tech Steve came out and I told him I was told I needed a new unit ranging from $4500.00 to $9000.00. He said let me take a look and we go from there. He opened the unit, something no one else did and diagnosed and fixed it costing me $750.00. I'm cold right now as I type this because my AC is working. Great job.
