Called absolute, sent Eddy, he came and diagnosed my problem, replaced my water heater within a timely manner, and were clean and professional.
The plumber Steve was very friendly and professional
This was an emergency visit on a Sunday night. The plumber showed up at 10pm, he felt the job was to large to do at that time and said he would be back first thing in the morning. Another representative did come out in the morning and the clog was cleared quickly. The morning Rep. Louis was very good and very informative. I would call on them again if needed.
I called at 7:30pm and someone was at my place within the hour. My garbage disposal was broken and my sink and dishwasher were backed up. Steve helped to reset my disposal and unjam it, while teaching me how for the future. I greatly appreciated his honesty and not trying to sell me a new system when a quick fix was all that was needed. He stuck around while I ran a dishwashing cycle to make sure that it drained properly. My entire experience on 3/21/16 was a pleasant one, and Steve was fantastic! I would recommend them to everyone that would need a plumber because he was very friendly and polite and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I got same day service.
Service person was very nice and did what was needed to get the job done.
Did a great job.
Took care of a problem with sump pump plumbing connections very promptly. Very satisfied with their work.
