The most important thing is that they are available within an hour from your call. They work around your schedule; no waiting all day for someone to arrive. Work is done professionally. Have used this service more than once; and will use them again.
Fast service, came on time. Followed up the next day.
On the 4th visit they finally got the problem fixed. The first guy said he was not healthy enough to get in the crawl space under the house so they would send someone else tomorrow. The next guy came out spent 15 minutes got the furnace working and charged me $160. He also quoted me $10,600 to replace everything as the AC used old Freon. I did not have a AC problem I had a furnace problem. The owner of the company promised multiple times that he would send someone. They never arrived when promised. When someone showed up (after 1 1/2 day), the repairman came in and flipped a switch and said "Everything is fine. That will be $125". He left after being in the house two minutes. 15 minutes later, my house erupts in a cloud of steam because the boiler overheated. We called the company back and the repairman returned. In addition to the service on my boiler the importance of preventative maintenance was discussed.
.: Very unprofessional. I was promised it would be a free estimate. But after a few minutes of checkup, he asked me to pay $150 for the service he has done. That is a price that we had never discussed before. That was completed out of my mind as I never authorized him to work on anything except the estimate. I would never want to work with this company anymore. Recommended? No
Unprofessional in their communication and follow up. A $200 additional fee was charged for a certification on the condition of the HVAC units. Only hand written "scribble" was provided for the certification.
I just needed Freon added and was charged $425.00. He originally told me $750. and then asked me how much I could afford. There should be a set fee for services and do your homework before you agree to anything with this company. I was also charged a $75 just for them to walk in the door.
