This company called within 30 minutes of submitting my request !!! The man that arrived at my house arrived 3 hours later, exactly when he said he would. Ben was super polite and reassuring and I would be confident recommending them to others.

personable service-they called before and after the service to ensure I understood what was happening and when. a follow-up call to check I was satisfied with their work quick response - my family was without hot water (as our water heater died unexpectedly) and the AAA team was at my home within 90 minutes. Worked to get everything completed on a Sunday -- even working around my schedule.
The installer did a very good job. It is a good water heater. My only issue is that I did not have time to shop around and had to spend more money than I would like to have done , No fault of the water co. Now I am into debt and can't wait to pay it off. Rheem is a good company and so the value is good.
The property where the work was performed is a rental and I do not live there. I requested the bill be sent to my home address but never received it. Home Advisor called to ask about the service and I repeated my request and was told I would receive a call from the company and again that did not happen. The sink clog was cleared, but now there is a leak under the sink that wasn't there before. I thought the charge was quite high but since I never received the bill I don't know what I was charged for.
The Technician came in, knew his stuff and he fixed it. They came out right away and took care of it.
Arrived promptly...diagnosed problem....gave me options...solved my problem....curtious, clean and work was done same day...so far I am very pleased.
They are quick, efficient and knowledgeable. We had a couple of toilets that would continually clog. They videoed the line and found that the line was back sloped. They did not just come in and snake the line. At least we know what the problem is. I've already called them back on another problem. I work in a school and they work around our schedule. They cost about the same as other plumbers.
Service engineer was there on time, service was detailed, clean and very fast fix.
