A bit pricey for a half an hour job. Then again, he was lower than others.
The showed up on time, worked fast,and did a great job. Very polite and customer oriented.
Came when they said the would and were clear concise and did not do the most expensive option
The bottom line was they sent a 3 different technicians in a 24 hr period and my problem still exists. They weren't sure if they could get the part so they were going to have to remove my unit which would have cost $600.00 to remove and reinstall and if they could find the part it would be another $300.00. We did not agree to this. I found another company and they diagnosed the problem right away. It turns out that A A Absolute actually made the problem worse! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY FOR AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS!!!
Very expensive. Be ready to pay the more than what others would charge. I got a call on the same day and the tech came in within an hour. They were clear that they will charge 75$ for diagnostics. When the tech came in, he said there is a leak in Freon. But he didn't want to detect where the leak is. He said he will refill it. The condenser coil was dirty and it had lot of leaves inside. After the technician repaired the faulty piping of the boiler, he also replaced the internal parts of my toilets since they were all getting old and gave me a very fair price. He was very courteous and helped me get all my plumbing problems resolved and they are guaranteed for one full year. His name was Lemuel Ortega and I would highly recommend him for any home plumbing jobs.
The technician was absolutely knowledgable Great and efficient worker And very pleasant and helpful
