Wonderful service man...put new collar on sump pump..understood that cost...but wanted another sump pump replaced and the price quoted was outrageous..

Scheduling was unacceptable, showed up at 9pm and did not follow instructions of what was asked, I asked them to provide me with the quote but they provided to the tenant.

I saw other reviews for this company saying they were too expensive for their service. That was NOT my experience. I was charged less than the other reviewers claimed for the same service. (an emergency repair to snake a toilet.) The plumber arrived within 2 hours of my initial call and was very nice and efficiently solved the problem. Kudos!
This was a simple salution that they could have lied about and cost me $$$$$'s But they were honest and the overall price was way less than quoted. "OLD SCHOOL" business man TY
